<\/span>Uthyraren \u00e4r ansvarig f\u00f6r att cykeln och \u00f6vrig utrustning \u00e4r i gott skick vid utl\u00e4mnandet.<\/span><\/p>


<\/span>1.Hyrestagaren \u00e4r ansvarig f\u00f6r att under hyrestiden v\u00e5rda cykeln och \u00f6vrig utrustning v\u00e4l. F\u00f6r det fall Hyrestagaren orsakar eller uppt\u00e4cker fel eller skada p\u00e5 cykeln, ska uthyraren snarast m\u00f6jligt underr\u00e4ttas d\u00e4rom.<\/span><\/p>

2.Hyrestagaren ansvarar f\u00f6r skador p\u00e5 eller f\u00f6rlust av cykeln eller \u00f6vrig utrustning. Vid eventuell skada ska hyrestagaren betala hela reparationskostnaden.<\/span><\/p>

3.Hyrestagaren \u00e4r informerad om att ingen f\u00f6rs\u00e4kring finnes f\u00f6r cykeln. Hyrestagaren accepterar att kostnaden f\u00f6r reparation av skada p\u00e5 cykeln orsakad av Hyrestagaren debiteras Hyrestagaren vid \u00e5terl\u00e4mningen.<\/span><\/p>

4.Hyrestagaren \u00e4r medveten om, och accepterar, att anv\u00e4ndandet av cykeln sker p\u00e5 egen risk samt att cykeln endast f\u00e5r anv\u00e4ndas i enlighet med de s\u00e4kerhetsinstruktioner och \u00f6vriga f\u00f6reskrifter som Uthyraren har l\u00e4mnat.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

5.Uthyraren tar inget ansvar f\u00f6r person- eller sakskador som eventuellt\u00a0 kan uppst\u00e5 under hyrestiden.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

6.Det \u00e5ligger Hyrestagaren att vid hyrestidens utg\u00e5ng \u00e5terl\u00e4mna cykeln p\u00e5 den plats d\u00e4r den avh\u00e4mtats eller p\u00e5 annan avtalad plats. Vid f\u00f6rsenad \u00e5terl\u00e4mning har Uthyraren r\u00e4tt till ytterligare hyra i enlighet med g\u00e4llande prislista.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

7.Vid \u00e5terl\u00e4mnandet ska cykeln vara tv\u00e4ttad och i samma skick som vid avh\u00e4mtandet bortsett fr\u00e5n normalt slitage. Uthyraren och Hyrestagaren ska om m\u00f6jligt gemensamt besiktiga cykeln f\u00f6r bed\u00f6mning av dess skick.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

8.Om cykeln vid \u00e5terl\u00e4mnandet befinns vanv\u00e5rdad eller nedsmutsad ut\u00f6ver vad som f\u00f6ljer av normal anv\u00e4ndning har Uthyraren r\u00e4tt att ta ut sk\u00e4lig kostnad f\u00f6r \u00e5terst\u00e4llande av cykeln<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
